Love the printer but wish the wireless connection wouldn’t disconnect after 2 hours. I’m not a computer person so I just bought a printer cable to solve the problem. Other than that this is the 2nd HP printer I have purchased over the years and they make good quality printers.

I bought this printer for a second household as I liked the model. It is very easy to set up and had good capacity for the price. Scanning to email is also very easy to set up. A very good home office choice.

I just bought a new black cartiage and as a student you can imagine the amount of printing that I do. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who is a student, writer, or just someone who uses a printer often.

Overall, I`m pretty happy with this printer! I was sent a free sample to review but all opinions are completely my own. Straight forward instructions on the HP app and manual. (I used the app instructions.) Set up was a breeze. Two ink cartridges to slide in and I had this up and running in about five minutes and that includes installing the app with all our devices. Off the bat, the wireless feature is my favorite! I love being able to print from any device and the HP ENVY Photo 7855 was seriously quick! With two school age children and last minute assignments I really appreciate the speed! Printing off the internet, the black and white and greyscale tones are consistent and the print quality is really nice and strong with clear, crisp fonts. However, If you`re printing a heavy photo document on regular paper the color printing comes a bit “wet” at first but I`ve found this the case with any ink jet printer. I did not have this problem using cardstock paper. My only concern with the Envy Photo would be the color quality of the photo`s. I used HP photo paper and before tweaking- the pictures came out a little red. After adjusting a bit the photo quality is fine. Definietly not the same quality as a lab but for a home printer it does the job. The borderless photo`s are definetly a plus and once again this printer wins the speed race! Pros: Rapid printing AND clear quality. Easy, large paper tray. All in one sleek design. One word-WIRELESS (yay!!) Cons: Photo Quality still says “Home Printer”. Heavy color printing on paper comes out “wet”

The 7855 HP All In One printer is “just that”! The printer is multi-faceted and delivers on what you would expect for this personal/small home business machine. Easy set-up and reliable printing thus far. Thumbs up!

I printed my first picture after setting up my HP ENVY Photo 7855 and I am amazed at the clarity, then I printed a document from my cell phone which is a Samsung and it was fast and easy to do. After that I printed out a e-mail from my tablet which is a Apple I pad air that also came out fast & easy. There are other features on my printer that I have not tried as of yet but I can say that I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new printer.

My Canon quite working, so I went to HP and upgraded to a model with a sheet feed capability. Setup on my wireless network was easy and I have had absolutely no problems. Excellent choice.

I bought this from the customer service rep on the telephone and I’m so glad I did. Hp has the best products. This is my second one in 7 years. The price is right on.

I bought this hp envy printer so I could print better pictures. When I wanted to copy and enlarge a picture I found that i can’t unless it is on a camera or a sd card. With my old printer no problem. I also tried printing a picture from my computer on 8 x 11 hp photo paper it came out with lines every inch. Would not buy again.I am going to contact hp for help or will return

I bought this printer about 10 months ago. Every time I would print a page, I would have to reboot the printer to printer another page. Printer spool doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money. I have never felt the need to write a review, but I didn’t want anyone else to waste their time or money.

Printer was delivered a month ago, and so far I’m totally impressed. Very easy to set up and use. Fastest printing inkjet I’ve ever seen. Print quality is excellent. Love being able to print from my phone, tablet, or laptop.

I have had this model for about a month. It replaced a ten year old HP with Photo tray. I like this one better, i.e. lex ink cartridges, easy scanning, and superior print quality on paper and photos. I would recommend to my friends.

I bought this printer as a present for my wife and it is amazing! I have ZERO complaints! Normal printing is fast, pictures come out amazing. The app on the computer and the phone work 100%

Unfortunately, it is very loud, it makes my dog bark. 🙁 The scan feature is very cumbersome. Each time I use it I need to go online to the website to start it. Uses ink way faster than my previous printer, Brother, but then this is color. The color feature is very good, n0t sure it’s enough to offset the other issues.

I bought an all-in-one printer for use in my home, off my network, with my computers. Over time they took away the scan function and required I set up an account so they can send me spam to use a printer/scanner I paid for. That’s right they disabled scanning and auto-doc scanning for their marketing purposes. They lost a customer in the process. Hope they factored that into their cost-benefit analysis.

Just bought this HP Envy 7855 and have decided to return it. I’ve spent over an hour setting it up, with continual failed alignment messages and attempted printing photos. Only one out of five looked acceptable. The others either had streaks or an excessive red tint. I tried printing from multiple devices with no success.
