It works good. But it doesn’t do 2 sided copying and does not store enough paper. I needed an office printer, not a photo one. I will buy my next one in the store, not online.

The printer has nice quality however it takes too long once you hit print for it to start printing I’ve actually made a couple mistakes with the time that it took to start. And also takes too long to begin printing once that you’ve hit the print key my old printer worked a lot better.

This new, sleek printer is very nice. It prints quality pictures, photos, and copies.

I most recently had to return a lower model for this purchase and I’m glad I did. The install and linking to my home WiFi took all of two minutes, versus the four hours on my return. The ability to print remotely, and to scan directly to my email are so convenient.

Just went to setup my printer for a job i needed to do for tomorrow. There are not even any starter inks with my printer? Was this the case for everyone else. Who has ever heard of a printer coming with no ink!!!! Very upset.

I bought this printer less than a month ago and just like the other HP products I’ve had in the past, this one is just as good. I don’t use any other brand but HP

I have had hp printers since 1984. Each time I purchase one, the product is so much better than the previous one. I am extremely pleased with my new Envy Photo 7855.

I bought this when the print head in my previous HP printer went out 1 month after factory warrantee, about 2 years. I’m hoping the same doesn’t happen her because the insurance to extend the warrantee is 50% of the cost of a new unit.

This printer is very temperamental. It has so far only allowed me to print using USB. I have tried everything that HP suggests online and nothing has worked. So far I’m very disappointment in this product especially if you want to print wirelessly.

I can’t get past the awful noises produced by this printer to have an opinion on the print quality – which seems fine. If this sound is “normal,” the printer and I will never bond. Seriously, it’s in another part of the house and I hear it start up and rattle-bang the whole time it is printing. When it is printing on both sides of the paper it sounds particularly awful. I hope something is wrong, because it has been this way since I set it up last weekend. The future looks bleak for a long-term relationship.

Bought the printer for my grand kids for high School papers and sign for instance ink. The quality is fabulously.

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my daughter, based on a careful scrutiny of reviews from several reliable sources. Easy to set up, print quality appears excellent and it uses only two cartridges versus the four required by my prior HP model 6525.

Quality excellent – Double sided printing great. Pictures very good. Speed good. BUT loading paper a bit cumbersome. Scanning a bit slow. Overall very good and worth the price.

It’s a great printer…… but I have printed about 5 pictures and the color seems off but maybe cuz I have only used it 5 times

I purchased on recommendation of technician helping me with issues with another printer

bought last wireless printer in 2013 and that was difficult to set up, this one couldn’t have been easier, also like only 2 ink cartridges

I do a lot of printing at home, and after several years my last HP printer finally wore out. The logical thing to do was replace it with another HP. The 7855 is not only a dependable printer, it is also one that is engineered to give me a very good return on a very reasonable investment.

Just bought this printer, set up not too bad, but photos streak and are distorted. Did not buy this printer specifically to print photos, but it would have been a nice feature.

Printer itself great: 1) faster to print than HP it replaced, 2) only 2 instead of 4 ink cartridges, and 3) output quality good. Part not so good was: 2) setup a little bit confusing, and the “HP Smart” not so smart, or perhaps too smart? It seems to have a mind of its own, e.g. changed my printer default fron ENVY to fax without my asking, so i just took a sev and changed back.

The printer was easy to set up. I soon realized the excellent quality of print.
