I have been very happy with my new HP printer. . It has 5g capabilities and set itself up to run with online guidance on touch screen. I took advantage of the ink program and received my needed inks without doing anything! Glad I continued with HP after having my old HP printer for over 10 years. They offer a service contract for next business day exchange so I am sure to have a working printer ready with ink whenever needed!

The document feeder doesn’t feed documents into the unit. Thus, I’m unable to use the unit. I will be returning it.

Just purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it works perfect. I’ve already printed several sheets and a photo. I have yet to try the fax but I’m sure that works just fine. It prints from your smartphone, in fact that’s where I mostly print from.

I`ve had my HP Envy Photo Printer for about a week now and overall, I`m very pleased. I had a color printer before and I think that this printer is of better quality. I don`t see the pixels (like my last printer) and the colors are so vivid! I just got back from a trip and took the opportunity to print out a few vacation photos–the quality of the prints came out great (I even framed some of the pics). Another plus is that it was so easy to set up and connect to my PC and the actual size isn`t too big so it doesn`t take up too much space on my desk. I would definitely recommend this printer to those looking for a great color photo printer. HP hasn`t dissapointed me yet!

I have had the HP Envy Photo for a month and have had no problems with the printer per se. I did find the set up cumbersome as there were minimal instructions with some steps left out. I kept the installation simply and did not go wireless as I had problems getting it to “see” my PC. I am sure it was operator error, but I didn’t have the time to mess with it and just needed it to print. I have no been able to scan from the printer console, but was able to find a HP Smart feature on the PC so I was able to scan commands from the PC. I am sure it is not difficult, but once again I didn’t have time to fuss with it. I got it to work and therefore, left it. I would buy this printer again. It prints beautiful color and black and white as well as photos.

Great product. It does it all. More functional than my previous HP printer, but to be fair, it was 5-6 years old. Web-enabled, and connected to the remote services offered by HP. I went with the Instant Ink, and was pleasantly surprised when my first pack of ink came to my mailbox.

Just bought this a few weeks ago. With moving into a new home and all that other stuff that goes with moving other than print out a few pages I really didn’t have much time to play with it yet.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be working nicely. I like the fact that it shuts itself off when not needed and turns itself on to print. It was problems with my old Photosmart not being able to turn it on that caused me to buy this one. I hope that’s solved. I haven’t tried any color printing yet so can’t judge that. Text looks good and even. It would have been better if it didn’t spend 3.5 days in “verifying” mode during set up.

I haven’t used this yet for anything but B&W printing. It does the job I need it to when it decides to actually print. Can’t give it 4-5 starts as the wireless setup was a bit painful. Also it tends to not want to actually print the jobs submitted by my 2020 Thinkpad. No errors, the print queue shows in progress but the printer just sits there and doesn’t actually print. I often have to upload the document to my Google Drive and print via the HP Android app instead.

This printer is almost perfect. Overall it’s been great for the little time I’ve had it, but w/my previous HP Printer Officejet 6700 Premium I was able to print any size photo, document, etc. on 8-1/2″ x 11″ paper, which was very helpful for me, especially, when I would make a card and needed to fold the photo paper to make a card, this I believe has that capability, but, I can’t just click 4 x 6 or 5 x 7, I’m going to have to figure out the percentage of these sizes and make the change that way, b/c the paper trays are separate in this new Printer, in the older Printer there was only one paper tray and you would size down for a smaller print in the actual tray, otherwise, this Printer seems perfect. Once I configure the sizes, all will be fine.
