I picked this printer because it had a good rating and met my needs, but was dreading setting it up and connecting my various devices. It was so easy to set up, I couldn’t believe it! (The hardest part actually was pulling the printer out of the box, which was packed well.) I’m not particularly technically savvy, but it’s so easy to use and the quality of the documents and photos is great. I would highly recommend.

Purchased 1 month ago. Has multiple desirable functions. Advertised as HP’s most productive printer for home. Info is sent to print queue, but they error out and never print. Good concept, poor execution. I am not happy with this device.

First print was a picture from my daughters wedding in August. If you closely look at the print, on a standard white 8×11 it looks like a photo. The shades, creases in my pants, and detail of the flowers my daughter is carrying is unbelievable.

To be fair, I do like all the software features the printer came with. It is easy to use and easy to install. The bulkiness and printing quality is what really turned me off to the point that I returned it and got a Canon instead. HP printers used to print really good. I had a 8 year old HP printer that printed really good. The only reason I needed a new one was because the old one broke down. This is the second time I got an HP printer this year and both times I was disappointed. I went with the Canon Ts9520 instead because it offered many of the same features, it’s not as bulky, and the printing quality is like night and day. Its It’s very obvious that is much better. The scanning images is also much better in the Canon than the HP Envy

I had a HP Photosmart printer prior to this one. While this printer prints well, it does not print photos as well. Disappointed about that

I have not had the machine long enough for a full evaluation. So far my only complaint is that the touch screen is to small and does not have good sincitivity to touch.

The printer is one of the fastest I have ever had, with great quality. I’ve not had a chance to print any photos yet, but looking forward to doing so.

Setting up the ENVY 7855 to my WiFi was pretty easy. The only glitch is we have two ENVYs in our home, both in the 7850 series (mine is a 7855, my daughter’s is a 7858). The device search routine showed both devices, but identified them both as 7800. I guessed wrong I picked one as the default printer and had to fix it after printing to m daughter’s device.

I bought an HP Printer Model 55 Series (also all-in-one; but the 7800 Envy Photo Series represents more than two decades of re-invented technology. The printer speaks for itself more than I can imagine – photo, copy, print, fax and apps, are all great for this generation. I am yet to install my ePrint, to make it even better. Order an ink without visiting any store blows up my mind. I have no regrets at all that I switched to the 7800 Series.
