Print, scan, copy, and fax all from the 7855 while enjoying inexpensive and automatic ink ordering since the printer is ready for HP’s Instant Ink Program. Printing is of the highest quality with a maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi. You can also enjoy improved productivity with ISO print speeds of up to 15 ppm in black and 10 ppm in color. Automatic duplexing is available for two-sided printing and you can use either a 125-sheet main tray or 15-sheet photo tray depending on the type of media being used.
With USB 2.0, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth LE connectivity built-in you should find it incredibly easy to setup wherever you may want it. When networked, you can connect directly to the printer from a mobile device, making it easy to print photos right from your smartphone. For scanning, copying, and faxing, the 7855 is equipped with a 35-sheet 8.5 x 14″ ADF and an 8.5 x 11.7″ flatbed, both with an optical resolution of 1200 dpi. Additionally, the printer offers a 2.65″ touchscreen for intuitive control as well as a USB port and SD card slot for direct printing from and scanning to portable storage devices.

I received this HP Envy Photo Printer free so I could give it an honest review. I love how the product was packaged to keep it from being damaged. The printer was easy to un-package, it prompted me to go online for set up which I liked because I didn`t have to go through pages of a manual. I did struggle a couple times with setting the printer the first time was getting the printer to recognize the ink and the second time was when the printer was calibrating, it just seemed to be stuck. These issues were not due to the instructions though and connecting the wireless setup was a breeze. I eventually got the printer set up. I hoping it was just a fluke. I really like that there is a tray for paper and a separate tray for photo sized paper. This makes it nice because you don`t have to get up to change the paper out this is probably one of my favorite features about this printer. In terms of printing the printer is great at printing pages its fairly quick and the printing is clear. I like how easy it is to print pictures. There is an app you can download on your phone and easily print photos from your phone. I printed a couple photos the first one was of my son, The colors were very vivid but there was one issue his tongue was blue, it wasn`t in the original photo which I felt like could have been an improvement on this product. The second photo I printed was a flower this photo turned out great, again very vivid colors. Overall I like the printer, it will be nice to be able to print quality photos quickly, I don`t know if it was that one photo that had some issues converting to the photo that came out.

I bought this printer about 3 weeks ago and so far it is fantastic. Since schools are closed right now I have some school work to print off for for kindergartner. I love the wireless feature. I just click on the page I want I print and it prints very nicely and quickly. Overall I feel like a kid on Christmas morning !!!!

I am happy with the HP envy printer. Easy to set up and connect to a network. HP should make it easier to find the windows printer utility to print and scan. I had to search. The scan utility is only good for one scan at a time, witch is a pain. You must close it and restart for additional scans.

I have been using the ENVY Photo 7855 printer for just over a month and am very satisfied. Very easy to setup with my wireless router. Connected immediately and works perfectly. I have been using HP printers for years. Wouldn’t have any other brand. I am a retired Sr hardware Technician and am familiar with other brands. Wouldn’t have anything else but an HP printer. This one is worth every dime. The color photos are beautiful. Thanks so much for maintaining quality products over the years that we can always count on.

Thins is a fine paper and photo printer. However, the color ink cartridge ran out after 27 pages printed. According to HP customer service this is normal. Full cartridges would have earned the 5th star.
