I bought this specifically for the remote printing features. It has been difficult to set up. Not intuitive at all. Lots of problems to overcome, both from the HP Smart app and via email. It sort of works now, but still lots of exceptions. There’s got to be an easier way.

Hi My Hp envy came as expected, and was out of the box and configured in 20 min. Easy to set up. My only issue was finding the paper tray and how to open things up to get the cartridge in. While I liked the pictures in the manual, some words on what opens where would be very helpful. Otherwise, great product.

the print quality is good, it is slow but good. the scanner bed is fantastic. Getting the printer to actually print when you need it to that is where this printer falls short. it all ways come back with an error message. very frustrating to print something. I really do not like this printer at all. I have owned it for about 2 months now purchased in 8/2021.

Installed on imac;OK; shared with windows 7;OK; windows 10 can not find the new Envy printer but it works fine with my old C7280 printer in wireless mode. I am unable to get the new printer to use the smaller photo tray to print from any machine.

I purchased this and the print is has crooked lines. I returned it and they replaced it with a new one and still prints crooked lines but not as worst as the first one. I am tired returning and I just stayed with it because the crooked lines is minimal. I tried following the maintenance instructions but with the help of the online help, but it did not fix the problem.

Nice, light-weight printer. It would have deserve 5 stars if the screen in the center were a bit larger.

I needed to replace my 10 year old all in one, and the Envy Photo 7855 performs all the necessary functions quite well. The LCD for the printer is quite small which might make manually faxing challenging (only because the numbers are so small). Other than that it is easy to set up and I look forward to a productive experience with the Envy 7855.

Recent purchase. HP shipped quickly, and the device was pretty easy to set up out of the box. Connection to my network and devices was quick, and we were up and running. Haven’t begun to explore all the features – but print quality seems very good!

Great printer. Setup took only a few minutes. The automatic scanning using the document feeder allows me to scan old pictures quickly. The printer is connected to HP eprint, allowing me to print to this printer from anywhere in the world. The best part is it works flawlessly with my IMAC, IPAD and IPHONE. If I need another in the future, I would purchase another without hessitation.

Have had this in use for several weeks. Good overall and quieter than previous HP printers. Slow compared to previous Office Jet. Good value.

My husband bought me this a year ago. It has made a terrible, very loud, gear-grinding sound when it prints, ever since I got it. I am so unhappy with it. I wish you could swap it out for me with another printer that doesn’t sound like it is coming apart when it prints! We have always bought HP printers and laptops, and never had a problem like this.
