I bought this and had to wait since it was delayed in delivery due to the numerous storms across country but it was so worth it!

I love my new printer. Of course I loved my old HP printer but this new one features like photo tray so I don’t change paper ! No flap door on the fax.

I have only had it a few days, but so far it is OK. I got everything except for the Fax set up with ease. The reason I couldn’t get the Fax set up, is because it was missing the phone cord that was suppose to be in the box.

Straight out of the box nothing but trouble. Still can’t get a good print. The print heads aligned perfectly. Still a lousy print. I’m just about ready to box it up and send it back.

I bought my printer about 5 weeks ago. It works extremely well. Professional grade documents.

I bought this because my prior HP of 10 years broke. It was a solid “workhorse” of a model that served me well. This model seems very delicate and I think it will not last very long. Additionally I do NOT like the automatic extender feature which catches the printed pages. It doesn’t repack automatically and when you push it on to get out of the way, it makes a “grinding” sound!

I received the printer for a Christmas gift and have been enjoying the features since. Good quality in photo printing, copying and document printing. I have recently started working from home and like the business like printing and scanning capabilities. Even though my old non-HP printer was still working, this was a great upgrade!

Only had the printer a few weeks. It was very difficult finding a printer which was actually advertised as compatible with Mac’s Big Sur OS. So far it seems to do the job, but I think ALL companies should give users at least 90 days before they start bugging them for product reviews. How can you give an honest opinion with only 5 minutes of ownership?? I have not used all the functions and have no idea how fast it will run out of ink….

we had an ENVY 7645 which would become non-responsive several times a day. i figured it was a lemon. it would have been our first HP lemon so i took a chance on a new ENVY 7855. this is the first day… and it has the same problem – it inexplicably disappear from the wireless network. all other devices and computers robustly maintain their connection. so whatever wireless HP is putting into its printers needs some work.

I have owned an HP 3750 for years. The used inkwell finally filled up and there is no way to fix or clean it. I purchased the Envy Photo 7855 about a month ago. It has been really easy to use and it is fast and pretty quiet. I like the Instant Ink feature. The Smart tools are fabulous. I use it on a network at home. It installed like a breeze and has been perfect ever since. Good work HP

I purchased this printer after a horrible experience with another HP printer. I am so glad that I bought this model. Not only does it allow me to increase my business printing, but I can also use to to print photos for my photography business. I love it.

HP`s Envy Photo 7855: My wife and I both use our cell phones to take pictures, especially family and kid pictures. Often times it takes us a while to get to the store to print the pictures. Having the HP 7855 at home gives you the option to print a single picture at home right away. Unpacking and Assembly: The printer comes nicely packed. Our Printer was delivered to our home, the printer arrived undamaged in great condition! The assembly and setup were a bit frustrating. The printer comes with minimal direction. The ink cartridges did not fit nicely into the unit, they had to be forced in a bit. Loading letter paper and photo paper took some playing around with. The first sheet of paper jammed. Also, the software took a while to get working. It took me a while to get the computer to see the printer. However, I must say that the print does look nice siting in our home office. Wireless Printing: One of the nice benefits of the unit is that you can print wirelessly. I have used the unit for about 10 days and used multiple print functions. Including printing letters via computer, printing pictures from my cell and using the email to print function. This is a great function, I have already used the printer to print a passport renewal photo. Issues: One thing that I would change/improve upon would be the printer`s touch screen. The screen is small for the content displayed, you need to “scroll” down on the screen to see the entire menu and scrolling with the screen is not easy. I have often hit the wrong button when trying to scroll. The screen is color, which is nice, but it is no i-phone. It takes some getting used to. Would I recommend: Yes – this is a great printer to have at home. The ability to print a single picture at home is great. Since the printer has been setup it has worked great.

Printer stopped working after 6 months of service. The paper drawer would get hung and the paper would not load. It keep giving an error message saying the photo compartment was blocked when it wasn’t. Also, it doesn’t print photos and stickers in rich colors like what you see in the product photo. Overall, this is a poor printer and not worth the money. Select a higher quality printer even if you have to wait and save a few more dollars. In the end you will be glad you did.

I bought this HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer a month ago but my laptop battery died so until I was finally able to get it replaced I’ve only used the printer for a week. So far I am very pleased with it.

I started working from home a month ago and purchased the HP Envoy Photo 7855 printer. I am loving it, was connected to our business network with little effort and works great. Highly recommended for a home printer.
