When we installed it, it took several ‘head cleanings’ before it would print at all, and after just a couple of pages, the printing came out with half lines missing. I did the cleaning bit again to no avail, then tried cleaning with a damp q-tip as some website instructed, but each successive test result was worse than the previous one.

The cartridges the printer came with dried out after about 15 pages, for both the colored and B&W cartridges. I then installed 64 XL for both B&W and Color. But now after less than 10 pages, it is not printing again. If the ink dried out, why it printed a few pages, I don’t understand. I use another HP printer that works much better than this one and even the regular ink lasts much longer than this one. I am so disappointed
