I bought the printer about a year ago. It always gives me trouble and bumps me offline. It flashes lights likes its crazy. I finally bought a direct hook up line and now I can print stuff after I re_ boot the printer every time. I’m no geniouse, but this printer has been a headache from the start!!!!

I will only purchase HP printers and their products for several years. I have used different printers at work but I love the quality of the HP printers. Three years ago our house was flooded by a hurricane and I lost my 4 HP printers. Since then I have purchased two, but couldn’t replace my Photo Printer as they are not available any longer. I have the HP Envy photo 7155 printer and a HP deskjet 2652 and they are both great printers. I only use genuine HP toner in my HP printers and HP delivers fast. I rate as excellent. Thank you
