   I always stick with HP brand ink because I don’t like problems. I see the cheaper knockoff brands offered and have only had bad experiences with them. Never a problem with HP brand. Superior quality and trouble free operation.

   I have had this for about 5 months. I really like the double sided feature.! However when I reset my ink cartride and filled more paper I kept getting a pop up interring with other webpictures. I had to clear decline over and over. I finally figured how to fix this in seetings, but it was hard to find this info and navigate…and with covid unable to get with a real person to help me. over all I like this printer and its features.

    Ever since I installed the new ink cartridge in my printer, I have not been able to use my printer. I constantly get the “error message”, Even though I have taken the cartridge out and reinserted it multiple times, it still will not work.
