I bought this brand new, unopened box of HP 64 black ink. When I opened it, the inside foil package was cut open and the ink cartridge was clearly used with the protective tape half pulled off and black ink smeared all over it. Not sure how this happened – could only be from HP since the box was sealed!

I’m on my second black ink cartridge and have had the same problem with both of them. I don’t print stuff every day and I have found that the ink fades or the cartridge dries out and when I print a test page the ink is streaky and fading. I have to clean the cartridge to get it back to normal but it does the same thing again after a couple days. Would love to talk to an actual person about this! I should add that the color ink is fine, it’s just the black that is the problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. It came quickly but I printed 3 regular documents and already am low on ink. Ridiculous I feel completely ripped off!
