   The Tri-color #65 cartridge, after printing only several pages successfully, produced successively poor results, i.e., with a faded, washed out appearance. I believe that the cartridge shipped to me must have been largely dried up or defective.

    I purchased this ink to work on a very important project and to my surprise the ink wouldn’t work at all. My printer is one of the compatible printers is supposed to work with so why isn’t it working! It’s telling me that the ink won’t work and cancels all my print jobs on the HPEnvy 5000! This is not acceptable HP!
