   I never had a problem with the ink quality itself, but It goes way too fast! It becomes very expensive to use! Either I find a longer lasting ink or a powder type, used; I think in laser jets, or I will probably find a Co. that offers a more less expensive 4 in1 INK printer!

   After wasting untold amount of money on off brand and refilled ink cartridges that leaked, or gave out unresolvable error messages, I “repented” and went back to genuine HP ink for my HP Officejet. Works perfectly. Every time.

   For some reason there was a recall and 902 was not available. I tries an off brand and the colors were terrible. I am glad you have them back in stock.

    We have other HP products and they all have been reliable and capable of doing our jobs at home. I think the new one will be the same. We have an old 4200/4300 series printer that still works well. Its only problem is it is too old to have its drivers listed and every time Google updates our computer, it drops the printer from our setup. It requires a lot of work to reset it and get it going. Because of this, we purchased the new HP Printer. I hope we get the same type of service with this one as we have had with the other one. We value HP products and will continue using them for a long time.

    The new inks had problems, so I called my nephew who works for a company keeping up their computers and printers. He checked it out and told me the blue ink was empty. How could I be happy with that? For now I will stick to black only. I can’t afford more ink right now. I don’t have a camera for photos, no cell phone.
