When I plugged the USB connector for the mouse into the computer, a notification displayed stating that the USB device is not recognized. It also states that the USB Device has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize the device.

I bought this mouse with my HP Spectre x360. It worked pretty well at first. But after 3 months, there was something wrong with the scroll wheel. When I use the scroll wheel, it always went up and down. It made me quite upset when I browse the website, or use other software. I have to use the touch pad instead. Why do I still need to use the touch board since I have a mouse? Very unhappy. 🙁

I did but this about a month ago and I really like it so far. Nice low profile design. Buttons and wheel very smooth. I wish I had bought the Bluetooth mouse instead just so I could free up one of my usb ports.

This mouse worked well for the first few weeks but now is glitchy. The scrolling ball/wheel works 20% of the time or only if I scroll up. Maybe it’s just a one-off issue but I’m wary of buying a second one.

I work in a keyboard and mouse for a living everyday and I could say that this is the most silent mouse I ever had. I hate the clicky sound of a mouse when I work. So this is a very option and I don’t get annoy even if I click my mouse 100x a day. I find this to be smooth and silent. The roller is a little stiff in the first few days, but eventually, it gets smoother for using it everyday. One suggestion though- if you ever make another version of this, please make a side click, Right and Left on the roller as an option, and a nice shiny silver would be a great option as well. I’m buying a different color for this one.
