I bought this mouse around 5 months ago for a Christmas gift, and it just currently stopped working out of nowhere. I replaced the battery, reset it, and tried several different methods. The light sensor comes on and appears normal; however, whenever I try to move and use my mouse, nothing works. This mouse is an amazing product, but I don’t understand what is wrong.
