This mouse is a “low=profile” mouse, and it fits my hands perfectly! Too many of the portable mouse products available these days have a very prominent ‘bulge’ on the mouse, typically oriented towards the palm. Using that type of mouse for several hours always leaves an “aching cramp” in my palm. Using this mouse, I never have any problems! (Just FYI, my hands are on the smaller size, if that helps.)
