Experience truly free VR simulations and experiences with the VIVE Focus Plus Enterprise VR Headset from HTC. The VIVE Focus Plus has inside-out tracking, which means it doesn’t need sensors to know where you are in the room, and it doesn’t require a tether to a PC, so your apps are self-contained within the headset. Add in 6DoF (Degrees of Freedom), where you are tracked forward and backward, side-to-side, and vertically, and you can have extremely immersive experiences.

I got this to do away with the cables. It does do that. You need a paid account to stream from your PC and then the games have a lot of static. If I knew then what I know now, I do not believe I would pay the $800.00 price tag. But it does work and there are games you can directly download to the headset. This unit was originally designed for businesses purposes ( I think ). This is still cheaper than a VR ready computer and a cabled VR headset. But if you have that then I say stay with it, or buy buy the computer and a headset if you can afford it.
