After reading the reviews and Q&A’s… I opened the storage compartment, kept pulling “unscrewing” the holder. Like magic, the bottom of the holder became visible and I could stack the bits. It would be GREAT to add info on the packaging.

The ratchet keeps slipping to different drive direction (and I’m only holding the handle). So, I’m having to keep stoping the screwing direction and resetting drive direction. Is this common for this ratchet screw driver. Or, should I exchange it for something else?PS: I just bought this product so it’s brand new.
