Bought this to pull staples out of floor after removing carpeting pad. Worked well for the staples you could grab with it. The painter’s multi tool worked the best for staple remover, but the nipper was able to pull them out with ease if only one end popped up, and worked well removing nails in the wall that were left behind from baseboard removal and were in too tight of a spot for a hammer.
