I have used mine for 5 yrs, getting a new one, because the one im using is filthy.. I agree needs to be a little bigger, with removable plastic hard insert.. Love the strong zippers.. strongest lunchbox i have ever used,, the 2 water bottle holders are perfect, most lunch box systems dont have that.. Ideal size: 12-14 inch with a cell phone pouch too..
