I used it to cut a fairly thick large mirror. It worked better than expected and at less than 1/2 the price of others.

Just a simple tool, it performed exactly as advertised. How can anyone ask for more from a tool.

For an inexpensive glass cutter it worked great! I needed to cut down a mirror to fit in a custom medicine cabinet I was building and I was able to score and snap the glass perfectly on my line!

Simple, solid construction. Scores glass well, cuts are clean. Have been using for a variety of cuts of 1/8 inch glass for custom picture frames. I had to watch a few diy videos and practice the snapping technique. No problems with the tool.

I bought 5 glass cutters for my crafts class. One broke within the first half hour of use, but the others worked just fine and continue to work.

I had to get a10ft long piece of 1/4″ mirror down a turning staircase, and out of my house. The only thing I could think of was to break the mirror. Then I ran across this “cutter”. I watched videos, which seemed to be WAY to easy for this to work like it should. None the less, my other option was to break the item and experience 7 years bad luck, so for three dollars investment, I figured I couldn’t go wrong. I purchased this super inexpensive product to try to do the job. using a straight edge, and goo gone as a lubricant, I scored the mirror as shown in many videos on youtube. I flipped the mirror over, grabbed one end and lifted to create pressure. I one loud cracking sound, the mirror was “snapped” in two, right on the line! I now had two pieces that would fit down the stairwell.
