The flashlight itself is great, but the ‘batteries included’ were dead; so the first thing I had to do was replace four batteries. We had the outer bands of a hurricane headed our way, so I didn’t have time to run back to the store for an exchange.

This is a great all purpose aluminum LED flashlight with a strong 1500lumens for a bright white light in daytime/nighttime to clearly see what you are doing. It has 3 setting that change from high/low/pulse with a click of the red rubber covered button. The front and back are covered in rubber while the housing is a textured aluminum. It actually comes with 6 Energizer batteries pre-installed-just open the bottom and remove the plastic tab for battery contact . It is bright enough to see the spotlight during the day,even in bright light and is comfortable to hold and grasp. It must be strong since I already dropped it by accident several times and it works just fine. Made by Husky,one of HD in house brands it is quality driven just like all their other products that I have and use almost everyday. Great to keep several around the house for emergencies or anytime you need to shine some extra light. Would make a great stocking stuffer for the handy person!

This Husky flashlight is super heavy duty with a rubber-coated casing. It truly looks like the construction is unbreakable. It is super bright with three LEDs and 1000 lumen. The tail has a red button that switches between high/low/strobe modes. It requires six AA batteries, which are included and already in the flashlight. It has a lifetime warranty.

I just received the Husky 600 Lumen LED Virtually Unbreakable Aluminum Flashlight in Black. Straight away I surprised at the weight to it. It does not seem to be a cheap flimsy one at all! It is a good weight and feels very durable. It has three different modes. It can be on high which is 600 lumens, low which is 200 lumens or you can use it in strobe mode which is also pretty darn bright! Switching between these modes is as simple as clicking the button on the end of the flashlight. I feel like the led bulb will definitely outlast normal bulbs. The location of the button also reduces the risk of accidently bumping it while in use compared to those with buttons on the side. At the handle end of the flashlight it has a rubber coating that is pretty thick. It is also around the end of the light so if you drop it there is some protection. This seems like it will definitely add to the durability of this flashlight. It takes four AA batteries to operate. I have not had it long enough to speak on the longevity of battery life in it yet. I do like that instead of the batteries just being spring loaded by the cap they actually made this with a core that comes out and holds 2 batteries on each side. Gone are the days of taking off the cap and having batteries come flying out at you! The body of the flashlight itself has a textured metal for better grip. One word of warning is that if you get this light even though it has batteries in it you can not just turn it on…. First you need to open the battery compartment and remove the plastic circle. Husky was nice enough to put it there to preserve the battery life however they did not put anything on the packaging to inform someone of this. I almost returned it because I thought it was defective but decided to try changing the batteries and found it!! Husky made another amazing product and are backing it with their lifetime warranty which makes is even better. No regrets with this flashlight and I definitely recommend it!

Awesome flashlight! None brighter!The aluminum construction makes for a well balanced light — easy to hold. With the ends rubberized, it’s less likely to scratch other objects.With 1500 lumens, it’s extremely bright, but also has a low light setting and a strobe setting.My husband claimed this one — it will be housed in his vehicle. We both are pleased with it.

I wanted a larger and more powerful flashlight, this one meets the bill. I have either small or very large flashlights that I use outside in the dark or during power outages. I love the two brightness levels on this flashlight and its durable construction (“virtually unbreakable”). The light has a nice long beam and is super bright at 1500 lumens. The light has a high, low and strobe function. Switching between either is a bit of a learning curve; you have to tap somewhat lightly the button on the bottom to switch between modes. When you reach the mode you want, push the button all the way in. The flashlight is also waterproof up to 1m deep and takes 6 AA batteries. This flashlight is made in China

Love this flashlight. It is the brightest one I have ever owned. The fact that uses LED technology to produce the light means that it will not use up the batteries as quickly as conventional bulbs.

For those interested in the country of origin, this product was manufactured in CHINA.The unit is a bit hefty in weight, may be an issue for long duration use, but appears balanced in its handle ability.Unit comes with the batteries, but they tend to disconnect when the unit is dropped. Instead of just reseating the batteries I taped them into place and had no further issues.The amount of light produced is quite amazing. I could clearly identify trees at 150 feet, and the shed at 225 feet.I ram a Jeep over the unit and there was no damage.

The Husky 1000 lumens unbreakable flashlight is very bright , can take an impact from a 30 foot fall and is waterproof up to 1 meter. 3 LED modes , high, low and strobe. Powered by 6 AA batteries which are included. 9 inches long and about 1 1/2 inches in diameter at the handle. The aluminum body has a rubber coating that resists rust and corrosion and a great grip even with your hands wet. Operates 4.5 hours on high setting and 10 hours on low setting. Lifetime warranty. Well built and has some weight to it, the batteries do add some weight to it.Has 3 LED’s that are super bright on the high setting. Love this light and the price is reasonable for this outstanding light. I recommend this light , great light , great price.
