This 6-Piece Trigger Clamp Set includes a 4-piece 6 in. trigger clamp and 2-piece 4.5 in. trigger clamp for increased clamping pressure. For models over 6 in., the new expandable feature allows for two clamps to be combined into one single clamp of double the length for expanded uses. For example: turn two 6″ bar clamps into a single 12″ bar clamp with just a few minor adjustments. A quick release mechanism offers easy changes to the expandable or reversible position. They have 100 lbs. clamping force for 6 in trigger clamp and 40 lbs. clamping force for 4.5 in. trigger clamp. A reinforced nylon body makes wear and tear difficult.
- 6 in. trigger clamp design allows two similar clamps to be combined for one clamp- equal to double length (Two 6″ clamps can be combined to make a single 12″ clamp)
- Reinforced nylon body stands up to rigorous use
- More clamping pressure than standard clamps
- 100 lbs. clamping force for 6 in trigger clamp, 40 lbs. clamping force for 4.5 in. trigger clamp
- Removable jaw pads
- Set includes 4-piece 6 in. trigger clamp and 2-piece 4.5 in. trigger clamp
- Heat treated steel bar offers strength and durability

I bought one set of these. I took it home and played with them for about 10 minutes. I went back and bought more. I now have 24 6 inch and 12 4.5 inch clamps. My Irvin Quick Clamps are a thing of the past. These things grip tighter, have a more positive feel and far less flex. I only hope (are you listening Mr Husky?) they make another size or two so I can replace the rest of my bar clamps. They aren’t replacing my pipe clamps but I have the pipe clamps for a different purpose. As the quick trigger type clamps these are every bit as good as any and far better than most.

Very nice clamps. Feel very solid and well made, good holding power. This set comes with six clamps, including four of the big 6-inch clamps and they have a lifetime, no questions asked warranty for $20 bucks. Can’t beat that. Will be buying more.

The dovetail attachment on the heads of the larger clamps was a nice touch. Easier to trasnport from place to place when there are few loose things.

These clamps are superior to my Irwin trigger clamps. They hold tighter, and I believe they have better ergonomics. When you compare the two, you will notice this instantly. Plus 20 bucks for 6?! You are losing money if you don’t purchase them! The little 4″ guys are great for clamping wood to a table top for palm routing. There are two things that I have against these clamps: a) the screw that comes off so you can turn the clamp into a prying tool has a plastic top. Mine hasn’t busted but I’m uncertain of the toughness of the plastic that the manufacturer decided to use; and in the event that the clamps falls, it’d be a shame if that plastic top broke and I could no longer use the clamp easily.b) 6″ of clamping space is on the shallow side of a good all-around clamp. If it could have been an 8″ set, I’d buy these in bulk.

These are great clamps for the money. Are there better clamps, yes, but at a much higher cost. I have experience with similar clamps by Irwin, Harbor Freight, and Jorgensen. One of the biggest Wins with the Husky is the easy to use lifetime warranty, you won’t find that with any other, not that you should normally need it. Just walk in the store show them the problem one and they’ll replace it, no receipt even needed.I like the release mechanism a little bit better on the Irwin and they are more attractive. Having used Irwins the most, it took a little getting used to the release mechanism on the Husky. I was initially having trouble with it because I wasn’t using it correctly. I was inadvertently putting a slight amount of pressure on the forward tightening trigger when engaging the smaller rear release trigger. Once I became aware of this and stopped, it released fine. Unlike lower end Irwins, Husky can be used as a spreader as well. The higher end Irwins are better in general, but at a much greater cost and are more appropriate for full time professional use. The HF clamps I don’t care for much, the release doesn’t work well at all and they won’t tighten as much, but if you are really short on money or only plan to use them once they might work, maybe. The Jorgensen ones I have are very good and made in the USA, however that model is no longer made and I haven’t used their current design. Most all clamp bars (unless made of plated steel) tend to eventually get surface rust, and many do not slide as smoothly as one might like. This can largely be prevented by periodically wiping them lightly with either silicone lubricant or just about any type of oil you have on hand. I suggest doing this even when new. If they do start to rust it’s easy to resolve if you catch it reasonably early. A few passes with 100-200 grit sandpaper usually takes care of it in less than 5 minutes, then lubricate. If they get really bad it’s probably easier to replace them, if it’s a husky, you can use the warranty.

Convenient, trigger activated. I thought the 4.5 are too small and flimsy, but it worked great for small wood projects that I recently completed. I would buy some more, but this time some bigger sets of the same brand.

Good price, but the small 4.5″ clamps are pretty weak and started slipping after being exposed to sawdust.
