Worked great for installing engineered hardwood flooring.

Used this nailer to install 400 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring, with 4″-6″ spacing between staples. After a couple thousand staples, not once did the nailer jam or fail to sink the staples adequately. Light and easy to use. Looking forward to many more projects with this tool!

Came out of the box ready to go. Works perfect with stapling 3/8 inch engineered flooring. Bonus to be used as a Brad nailer also.

I have done a lot of flooring as a general contractor. My last mini flooring stapler was a Bostitch stapler that finally gave up working consistently – that and the staples were over $30/box. This gun was relatively inexpensive and shoots regular 18 gauge staples available everywhere. I immediately put down 400 sqft with it and had absolutely no problem with it. The safety probe is a bit long and makes you have to be very attentive to get your placement correct which tends to slow progress a bit. Also because it is long, the gun will not just slide along the wood from one shot to the next – the probe drags too much. This requires you to pick up the gun and move it to the next position – with my old gun I could just slide it along the wood. That’s the only reason I did not give this 5 stars. It is also a bit larger than the Bostitch so I can’t get as close to the wall as my old gun – maybe a little more than 6″ is as close as you can get. It’s a good gun and I do recommend.

Wow, nice & light. Easy to maneuver around & doesn’t tire ones arms when using for prolonged time or over head. I used this to trim out some drywall in my workshop I am setting up. The brads were easy to load & adjust for depth. I used Dewalt Brand Brads & Staples, they worked out beautifully! Another Great idea was to incorporate the narrow head stapler with the brad nailer, 4 For 1 Quadruple The Bang for the Buck! Changing Heads from floor tool to stapler or brad nailer was quick & easy & all parts are included. This tools is a flooring nailer, flooring stapler, brad nailer and narrow crown stapler! This tool feels sturdy & looks to be quality made. Glad I got it added to my arsenal of tools. Helps get the jobs done quickly.
