I’ve owned the Matco/Armstrong 88 version of this and, while they use a stronger metal for the locking mechanism, functionally they are the same; and this has a higher tooth count and, I believe, a lower profile.Haven’t purchased this yet, but can’t stop playing with it when I visit my Home Depot and was impressed enough to write a review. If you don’t want to shell out $60 for the Armstrong or $100 plus for the Matco, I don’t think you’ll regret buying this one bit. I have no doubt you can take apart an entire truck with this thing. It feels great and it might have a spot in my tool box in the near future.
