Only rachet that holds up in industrial setting. I use it everyday on hydraulic lines with a 2ft cheater bar. No issues. I’ve used ALL the other brands. Kobalt 1/2 inch 90 tooth rachet won’t last a week. (I’ve returned 5). For a tough rachet this is it.

Feels solid when in use at different angles, great ratchet for the price. Just got the 3/8 ratchet because they make the job easier

The locking swivel head is what I wanted most. It helps to aid from busting you knuckle on things if the swivel head swings one way or another when you’re exerting a lot of torque. The 100-tooth also feels really smooth for a 1/2″ drive. I only wish both were polished smooth for easier cleaning.

Purchased the 1/2” and 3/8” version along with the Husky 200 piece socket set (item H200MSS). Love the 100 position ratchets for tight spaces and they are all I use now. These ratchets (including the black 1/4”) along with the 200 piece socket set from husky make a perfect set, with no filler, for under $300.

This 1/2 inch drive 100-Position Low-Profile, Long Handle Ratchet by Husky is a really nice tool that will get used often and will make a really nice addition to anyone’s tool collection. It is very heavy duty and feels like it should last a long time. The extra long handle length will give that extra torque that is needed on that stubborn nut and bolt.

I have no argument against this tool. The low profile head might allow getting into those tight spots where a standard size ratchet might not fit. With a 3.6 degree click along with nice long handle, torque should no longer be a concern. The handle is exceptionally comfortable as it has a design made for firm torque, but might cause a concern with greasy hands. I like the socket button lock/release. Positive action in anything that moves on this tool. The mechanics within the head are accessible for maintenance, if needed. I highly recommend this tool.

I often mention my tractor in these reviews. It was a basic tractor with many things added-on. Consequently some of the bolts are VERY hard to get at. And once I get a socket on, there isn’t room to take a wide swing on the wrench. (Some cars are no better.) Micro-ratchet wrenches help you out in tight spots. You only have to back-off a few degrees to take another pull. The 100-tooth design is a good compromise between utility and strength. This wrench works smoothly. Nice feel. Very nice surface finish. Direction lever flips easily. Socket retainer holds well and releases with an easy push. I got this wrench on one of the large bolts of my tractor. It did the job. It will be my go-to 1/2″ handle. The handle is slim, good for the tight spot but hard on your hand. Find a bit of heater-hose to slip over it for cushion and grip. Put one drop of thin oil in the end of the quick-release then work the button to get oil down into the release mechanism. It can be a bit sticky when new, but this makes it release slick as a whistle.

Very good for mechanics

This ratchet worked perfectly. I bought it to use to remove bolts in very tight location while replacing power steering lines on my diesel truck. My regular ratchet throw would not allow me to even start to loosen the bolt

Tough ratchet, very solid and heavy. Lots of positions on the swivel, makes reaching the bolt at the proper angle easy. Lots of click positions on the gears, grabs with even the slightest turn. Great ratchet.
