Backed by the Husky lifetime warranty…simply return it to any Home Depot store for a replacement. This 3/8 inch drive ratchet is in my opinion, typical Husky quality. I’m very happy with it so far. Sockets are easy on, easy off with the push button lock and release on the low profile ratchet head. 144 position clutch allows for work in the tightest of spaces. I find the handle very comfortable to grasp and ratcheting action smooth.

This ratchet works great.

This ratchet is good quality built with no slop in the mechanism. I needed this for a very tight area to remove two very stubborn bolts and the 72 tooth I had was not cutting it with the available swing distance. I purchased this and cut hours off of the job.

This is a very nice quality ratchet. I really like the socket disconnect button and the 144-tooth ratcheting. This makes for easier tightening in tight places. Although it has a nice feel and made very well, it’s too long. Longer handles give you more torque and that can be good or bad. IMO, if you have 3/8 socket set and not any ½ sockets and wrench, then this is a good product for you. You’ll get plenty of torqueing action with it. If I’m working on my engine, there are some things you don’t want to mussel (e.g., carb flange bolts). So, this ratchet wouldn’t be the first thing I reach for in that case but there are plenty of other applications for it.
