Excellent quality overall. Smooth action on ratchets. Weight to tools feels like good quality. However, there were sockets included that were not chrome plated that had rust on them and even in the holder when we got it. Also you have to be careful that the drawers don’t dump out because they do not lock when the lid is closed. Miss this feature because it is a very handy toolbox with everything you need in it when you have to carry it to a job.

This set is awesome. My only knock is it’s possible to spill out the middle tray with all the little sockets and have to put them back where designated. Other than that awesome!

I purchased this mechanics set because to replace a previous set that had missing pieces. I would say that the overall quality of the tools average, I have some concerns regarding the case latches because they’re plastic and will have to hold up for years. For now it’s doing well, I gave an “Overall Rating” 0f **** because of the great value of this set for $99.00. It’s a very good deal.

It’s a no brainer. Husky confident enough to to a lifetime warranty on it. I bought it mainly for the generous guaranty policy. Not the highest mechanic tool kit out there. However this kit is decent enough for routine task around the house from changing the car’s spark plug, fixing bike, or motorcycle…cost more when buy separate.
