Size markings have been hard stamped into the sockets for quick and easy identification that will never wear away. I bought this impact socket set to install some suspension parts on my car. They are of great quality and weight. Unfortunately, the side walls of the larger sized (21mm and up) sockets are too thick and wouldn’t fit inside a strut tower (for example). I had to make a second run to get another socket (individual) to get the job done. I was thinking about returning it but I might keep the set as it is good to have.Would recommend.

A tough job popped up and regular sockets wouldn’t handle it. So, we headed for Home Depot for these sockets and their extensions. Both bolts were over tightened and had loc-tite on them. They were in a place that you couldn’t get the impact wrench on them, so it was the long breaker bar, two hands and a foot. We broke all four loose and reinstalled them with no issues from the socket. It’s good and ready for the next task. Guaranteed forever, so why worry? My collection of Husky tools are growing and what I’ve grown to depend on. I’ve been using other Husky sockets of a different size for years with no issues at all.

I own the deep sockets and have had more then a few needs for the short sockets. These sockets work great on the impact and help get a bulky impact into tight spaces. Great purchase, I also like the smooth finish on the husky impact sockets, other companies have a gritty feel to there coating.
