This metric torx bit socket set is a perfect replacement for allen wrenches. The set attaches to any 1/4 inch socket wrench. It would have been nice if the set came in a container that closed, since over time the plastic storage rail could start to break down. The set comes with the following male torx drivers: 4mm-10mm and the following female sockets: T8, T9. T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, and T30. I have full confidence using this torx bit socket set for many future projects; and they are backed by a lifetime warranty from Husky.

The worked as described without issues. Considering the cost, far worth every penny so far but will know better in a few more years. Glad I didn’t buy a more expensive brand!

Excellent value for $10. The plastic rail is cheap & worthless. Out of the package, several sockets barely held onto the rail. I moved the sockets to a spare metal clip rail I had. The size markings on the sockets are difficult to read. My Kobalt set markings are easier to read and came with a better rail, but the Kobal set costs more and doesn’t include the smaller sizes.

Bought set to use to adjust headlight aim since newer headlamp assemblies use “star” adjusters. Wasn’t sure of exact size so purchased a set. Sure I will run into other torx style of different sizes in the future.

No complaints, you get what you see.

These work well for me. I like that they fit right onto my ¼” drive ratchet. I also have a ¼” hand driver that they fit onto as well. The set includes all the common sizes that I expected for the size of the set and drive. They even come on a holder to keep them all in place. I was able to put a fair amount of torque on these through the ratchet which is good for breaking loose stubborn bolts.

This is the first bit set I’ve seen with the E-Torx sockets, a nice addition; along with the T-27 bit, which usually I don’t usually see in a standard set. The finish on all of the socket bases is chrome which makes them easy to keep clean, The finish on the bits themselves appears to be bead-blasted with no observable quality issues of tips. The socket locks very securely onto a 1/4” adapter. I opted to place them in a 1/4” socket adapter and hit driver on the drill and get to my stuck on/off switch in the shop vacuum. Made quick work of all 12 screws. Performance was as expected; worked flawlessly on the T-25 screws. The chamfered ends make it easy to get the bit seated fully and doesn’t cause them to stick inside the head, which can slow you down. I did notice a slight wobble of the bit tips and placed only the socket in my drill to spin a few without the bit driver attached. They’re not 100% centered, but they don’t wobble enough to make it a real issue unless you’re doing very precise work. This could lead to bit round-out though.

No more allen wrenches! This set include hex bit drivers of sizes 3/32″, 7/64″, 1/8″, 9/64″, 5/32″, 3/16″, 7/32″, and 1/4″. They will fit most standard applications. If you’ve ever put together furniture that requires an allen wrench (and they often include one with the kit), you know what a pain it can be giving it a slight turn at a time. Why not use your socket wrench or better yet your drill to drive those babies home? That’s what this set will allow you to do (drill adapter not included). What a time-saver!. The set will attach to any 1/4″ socket wrench, or if you’re like me I have a 3/8″ set and a 1/4″ adapter. But if you really want to save time, grab a set of extension adapters that will fit in your cordless drill and you can go to town with these babies. I know some people have dinged this set for the storage rail, saying they fall off all the time, but you have to push them on till they click, then they won’t fall off. The storage rail works well for keeping them organized. It also comes with a Husky lifetime warranty, so you’ll never have to buy any new bits as replacements.

Sockets are good, socket holder is not good

If you have a furniture assembly job — this is a necessity. Anything that requires allan wrenches will benefit from this set. Why drive in an allan screw 3 or 4 inches by hand?

Product arrived safe and well-packaged. The hex bits are solid ‘tool steel’ and the part that is attached to the bit itself is very strong. The bits themselves are varied in the common small sizes less than .25 in. (Quarter-inch drive) and appear to be a good grade of hardened steel resulting in strong durability. I have had various Husky tools for many decades and I have never been disappointed by the quality of workmanship. I still have all of them. The plastic holder is a bit loose so get a steel or magnetic one.

I purchased these 1/4″ drive bits due to their narrow diameter shank. I have several spots on my automobiles where a standard 3/8″ drive is just too thick, and these serve the purpose very well. The sizes included are: 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 mm ( all 1/4 ” drive). These are made in China, but are very good quality, with a lifetime, no hassle, warranty. The bit steel is hard and not brittle and does not strip either the fastener or the bits. The plastic storage rail is a nice bonus to keep everything organized and neat.

I thought I was ordering the 9 piece set as shown. I did receive a 14 piece set but not with the hollow center as shown. I believe either the picture or the description is wrong.
