The Husky Torx bit socket set is a great addition to any tool box or socket collection. This set comes equipped with 1/4 in. drive bit sockets allowing you to tackle wide a range of projects. Bit sockets give you the advantage of accessing fasteners with the reach and tight arc swing of a ratchet that standard folding or L-keys just can’t match.
- Torx hex bit sizes include T9, T10, T15, T20, T25
- Attach to 1/4 in. drive tools for a longer handle and more leverage
- Polished chrome sockets wipe clean easily of oil and dirt
- Chamfered lead-in bit for fast and easy placement onto drive tools and fasteners
- Plastic storage rail included
- Call Husky or visit website for customer service and support
- Lifetime warranty with no questions, no receipt required

The bits work fine but the plastic holder does not. Bits slide right off

No more allen wrenches! This set includes hex bit drivers of sizes 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, and 8mm. They will fit most metric applications. If you’ve ever put together furniture that requires an allen wrench (and they often include one with the kit), you know what a pain it can be giving it a slight turn at a time. Why not use your socket wrench or better yet your drill to drive those babies home? That’s what this set will allow you to do (drill adapter not included). What a time-saver!. The set will attach to any 1/4″ drive socket wrench, or if you’re like me I have a 3/8″ set and a 1/4″ adapter. But if you really want to save time, grab a set of Husky extension adapters (sold separately) that will fit in your cordless drill and you can go to town with these babies. I know some people have dinged this set for the storage rail, saying they fall off all the time, but you have to push them on till they click, then they won’t fall off. The storage rail works well for keeping them organized. The plastic may, however, wear with use, so maybe it could be an issue down the road. It also comes with a Husky lifetime warranty, so you’ll never have to buy any new bits as replacements.

I never owned a set of torx bit sockets although I could have used a set on numerous occasions. Glad I made the decision to go with the Husky brand. Now I can do all the jobs I want with these quality made sockets and do it right. Multiple places to use these as a lot of torx heads are standard on various products. Great to have option of 1/4 handle or wrench and the lifetime warranted chrome sockets are top quality. No more stripped heads with the chamfered bits.

I got the 8 piece Husky 1/4 in. Drive SAE Hex Bit Socket set its a nice addition to my bit sets. I can get into tighter spots than my 3/8 in. bits can get into. For instance if you have a 3/8 in. Diameter shoulder bolt counter bored deep into a die set the 3/8 in. Bit may hit the edge of the hole before the allen can get into fully engaged. Also there is a small chamfer to the leading edge of the bit so easy engagement to the fastener. Now I can use it with a 1/4″ nut driver, 1/4″ ratchet or even an impact driver with a 1/4″ drive adapter. It also has the life time warranty and you got to like that buy it once and use it for life. My only issue is the storage rail don’t hold the bits very tite but I will replace that.

Just what I have always looked for a 1/4 drive set. Always they have the 3/8 drive set but that’s too much torque on the small sizes.

These Metric ¼” drive hex driver sockets are great. The chrome is sturdy and not flaky. The tips are chamfered to make them easy to position. The flutes and cuts are straight and accurate so they grip fasteners well. They lock onto whatever ¼” drive tool or accessory that I have. The plastic rail is handy for storage. These sockets live on the rail in a drawer in my toolbox. The plastic rail doesn’t hold very securely, but it’s a nice way to know if I have any sockets that are absent. I recommend this set.

This metric torx bit socket set is a perfect replacement for allen wrenches. The set attaches to any 1/4 inch socket wrench. It would have been nice if the set came in a container that closed, since over time the plastic storage rail could start to break down. The set comes with the following male torx drivers: 4mm-10mm and the following female sockets: T8, T9. T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, and T30. I have full confidence using this torx bit socket set for many future projects; and they are backed by a lifetime warranty from Husky.

Needed some Torx bits so I decided to try the Husky brand. I like how the tips are part of the socket, much harder to loose that way. I would like it a bit more if it had a hole in the storage rail to hang it up. I guess it’s nothing a drill can’t fix. It’s made in China but quality seems good enough that the pieces won’t strip out easily, guess time will tell. Right now I would surely recommend this product.

If you go nice and easy on them, they’re good. For a daily, shop environment use, I don’t know what to say,.but, still, if not abused, they’re great!

Sockets are good, socket holder is not good

Would have been better if all the sockets were 1/4 inch drive

First look you see the size in nice large engraved print. This really helps grabbing the right size hex bit. These fit well in all of my 1/4″ ratchets. I also like the handy holder it comes with so I don’t mix up my metric from my US. I also like how long each socket and bit are. I will spend less time requiring an extension. This would be a good purchase for a DYI, or pro.

Awesome. Worked perfectly.

Product arrived safe and well-packaged. The hex bits are solid ‘tool steel’ and the part that is attached to the bit itself is very strong. The bits themselves are varied in the common small sizes less than .25 in. (Quarter-inch drive) and appear to be a good grade of hardened steel resulting in strong durability. I have had various Husky tools for many decades and I have never been disappointed by the quality of workmanship. I still have all of them. The plastic holder is a bit loose so get a steel or magnetic one.

The Husky Metric hex bit socket set is a great addition to any tool box and goes perfect with T-handle sets. These 1/4″ sockets are great to have when a T-handle wont work and better leverage for tighter screws that require some leverage. Great for tight spots as well. The sizes included are 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm and 8mm. The only complaint I have is the cheap rubber strip that hold socket set together. I recommend purchasing a steel rail.

Basic tool. Works as designed. Good build quality

I ordered these because I thought they were small sockets that also had bits in them. That is not the case. The actual bits are in the socket and they are fastened to where they cannot be removed. While alot of these bits come standard in a drill bit set, there are sizes in this set that are larger than the norm. That is nice because sometimes when putting together boxed furniture or other unassembled items, there are a variety of sizes. For me, I could have used these about 2 months ago assembling a Craftsman shed. All the hardware had different size allan heads :-/ These are constructed well and have a plastic holder to keep them mounted on. You can use them with a socket wrench or a nut driver socket handle. These are SAE.
