This is the first time I’ve had the need to use a universal joint. There is a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it but once I did get the hang of it, this worked great. It stayed attached firmly to the driver and to the socket I was using and yet came apart easily. I was able to get at the nut that was in an award location without having to take a bunch of other stuff off to get a straight extension on the nut. It has a nice finish for a budget tool, cleaned up great, and appears like it will last a long time.

This is a magical universal adapter. I had to fix my car screen display system and the only way to unscrew bolt

It is just what I needed and it has a lifetime warranty. So even though I have barely used it, I am convinced it will perform for years to come.

This is a pretty neat tool. I was having trouble with a screw in my bathroom light above the medicine cabinet. Even those thumb sized screw drivers wouldn’t fit in the space available. I tried to use my ratchet set but it was so close to the wall the top of the ratchet was hitting the wall and I was afraid I was going to strip it. Insert this little guy and all is well now. The way you can “bend” it, not only allows it to get into tough to reach places, it makes it easy to use torque to loosen the screw/bolt. I didn’t use it on a bolt so I can’t review that but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work just as well.

It’s a hand tool with moderate torque applied. Remember it’s small

The fit and finish on this universal joint is excellent, as good if not better than tools costing 3 times as much. It articulates smoothly, but with enough tension to hold a socket in position. The retaining pin holds sockets securely yet releases easily. I have several Husky hand tools in my tool box, and they are all very good quality, and I expect to add more Husky tools in the future.
