The fact it is a folding hex key set makes it very easy to find the correct size needed for the job rather than sorting through loose hex keys.

I’ve got an old set that is twisted and a newer set of individual ones. So I purchased these so I can easily keep track of them. So far the ones I’ve used are great, I like the ball end because it give me a little wiggle room if I can’t go straight in. From a tightening stand point, no problems but I’m concerned if I get an old/tight screw that the ball type end may strip out, only time will tell.

They seem to be well made and worked fairly well. I did have an issue that I want to alert people to. Because of the ‘ball-end’ nature of these keys, they do not work well in shallow sockets. This is NOT a flaw with these keys but an attribute of ball-end sockets in general. If the hex ‘slot’ is not very deep, you may want to get standard ‘flat end’ keys and not these. But I did manage to get them to do the job and think they will work fine in the future.
