So far I’m impressed with these wrenches. The fit and finish are very good. There are no rough edges to make using these wrenches uncomfortable. I really like the small degree of turn necessary to engage a new ratchet tooth, with works well in tight areas. I have older ratcheting wrenches which are thicker and bulkier. These tools are much slimmer and thinner which allows them to work well in tighter areas.

I bought these wrenches to get at a nut that is stainless steel fiber on the bottom of the cleats of the dock. The nut is underwater these worked perfect. I was going to use a deep socket but could not get it to the nut. These are strong and flat to get into the tight area just above the 4 inch I beam. After I was done I just laid it in the sun to dry out and not rust.

These wrenches combine the convenience of a socket, with the versatility of a flat wrench.Sometime it is just not possible to get a socket over a nut, especially when working on late model vehicles. I’ve used these wrenches numerous times when servicing my diesel Ram 2500,there are so many places you just can’t get a socket on to.The wrenches have two different sizes on each tool. You flip them over to go from tightening to undoing. The wrenches are flat, which is a requirement given the need to turn them over. One of the best features is they engage with just 5 degrees of motion, meaning you can use them in very tight spaces. In instances where a socket just won’t fit, these are a real time saver.

Tools feels good quality, set doesn’t include 15mm or 18mm. the plastic organizer doesn’t lock the latch in place and the wrenches are never in place

I am in the professional business, and I have this wrench set for about 10 years and still working well. These wrenches are the best for the price. I love them.

The main stay tool in every serious tool box. The closed end wrench has been used for decades as the go to tool for loosening bolts. Now they’ve married an internal ratcheting mechanism that allows you to ratchet for reset rather than lifting the wrench off the nut. Simply flip the tool over to tighten. Ratchet exists on both ends so you have 10 different sizes of ratchets. Good balance of the tool in hand. A great buy on a great tool for closed end wrench work. Very handy to have around.

The time saved by this tool on one job is well worth paying extra for ratcheting wrenches.

This is the style of ratcheting wrench that you have to flip the wrench over to change the ratcheting direction. This design saves money when manufacturing the wrench, but has a couple of drawbacks. The first is that there isn’t an offset like you find in a standard box-end wrench. This gave me a problem with a couple of lag bolts that I had to install in the middle of a 2″x10″s. It worked OK until the bolt was almost in. Then it was hard to grab the wrench. I had to switch to a socket at that point. (There wasn’t enough space for the ratchet when starting the bolt.) So I ended up having to use two tools to do the job.I also ran into problems where that wasn’t enough clearance on one side of a bolt to fit the wrench. A standard box wrench fit just fine. With the way you have to flip the wrench to change direction means that you have to be careful when the start of the through is obstructed and prevents removing the wrench in that position – you can not back off slightly when you find the bolt is too tight to let you get the wrench out of the tight spot. This is not helped by the fact that the minimum throw to rachit the wrench in about the same as a standard ratchet, not a fine-throw one.If you avoid the problems I have listed, it is a good tool. You can crank on a bolt without the ratchet slipping on you. It is solidly built, and should last a long time. They will not replace box-end wrenches, but thay make a nice addition to my toolbox.

These tools work very well. I cannot give it an excellent until I have used them for at least 6 months, but at this time I would buy them again.

The sizes included in the set are exactly what we need for working on the Jeep. I love that there are 2 sizes on each wrench to cut down on the sheer bulk of tools we have to have on hand – definitely a great space-saving idea! They are a good size and weight, but I would say they are medium duty simply because they are somewhat thin from the side view. The lifetime warranty is another nice bonus and very important to us when buying tools.
