Compact, quick, and capable. No more worrying about smashing your fingers with an errant hammer swing, or fretting about collapsing your rickety ladder due to the momentum of a now outdated steel headed apparatus. This also works wonderfully in tight spaces where a full hammer swing cannot be accomplished. Just set the pressure correctly on your compressor, attach the hose, center the nail, and push. It works like a charm.The magnet on the barrel helps keep nails in place and the lack of knobs and levers make this super simple to use. After using this, you’ll start looking around your garage or workshop and think ‘hey, that board looks like it could use a couple more nails’. Next thing you know you have re-framed your garage and added 500 sq ft of storage shelves.My only caution is to take it easy when you get down to those final centimeters of nail, because this thing can get away from you and put a few air-hammer-hammering-apparatus shaped gouges in your to-be-fastened medium. Either take your time, or finish it up with a hammer (if you haven’t already thrown it away). Other than that, I’m glad that I got this thing. Makes nailing stuff a little bit easier.

Got this nailer with intention of using it for small trim jobs. We recently did hardwood flooring in our Master Bedroom but the last step of installing the small quarter rounds at the baseboard was stalled due to our difficulty doing this with a regular hammer. Already have a compressor, so I thought we’d give this a try. Definitely a time saver, and no worries about damaging the finish of our new wood floor with an errant hammer swing.

This is my first pneumatic nailer so I have nothing to compare it to, but it is perfect for my skill set and experience. I have used it 4 times and only driven about a 100 nails. Except for the occasional crooked nail, which is often due to my angle of attack, this thing works great! It is amazing how fast it can drive a nail 3″ nail. (I’m an amateur, self-taught, spare-time DIY’er, slowly making improvements, repairs, & upgrades to my 1942-era house).
