Works fine multi use

No cheap plastic parts. Worked fine, but I did not put a huge amount of stress on it in this case. It does seem to be well made.

Needed to pull a windshield wiper arm and figured I could use this for other pulling jobs rather than buying a dedicated arm puller. A little on the bulky side, but worked and a lifetime warranty.

Bought the puller to remove the bearing on my pool pump motor. Ez to use and worked like a charm.

Works fine as a gear puller, easy to gnarl up the threads on the threaded section; forcing screw could be made of a harder metal. Would buy again

all the youtube videos said that my 5hp wood chipper’s impeller would have a second set of threads which would assist in easily removing the impeller. but naturally, mine did not, so i needed a jaw puller. this unit was solidly built and well priced compared to others i was considering. it does take a small amount of trial and error to line up correctly. the pointed sharp center guide will definitely “ruin” the bolt you use to push against the shaft, but that is what this is designed to do, so make sure that bolt is an extra one you do not wish to reuse in a critical application (you probably could reuse it for non-high-strength applications). i did not have to pre-drill a starter center hole for the guide (just take a little extra care that the jaw puller does not slip). makes sure that bolt’s diameter is slightly smaller than impeller’s hole, so that it does not damage any surrounding threads without being too small.

I had a froze lawn tractor wheel. Puller helped to remove the rim quickly. Very happy about that.

This puller is built well even for being Taiwan made, it did not bend as I applied force on it. I used it to remove a pump pulley. It is well made for the price.
