LED flashlights are ll the rage and I’ve got a bunch of them. but they never point to where I’m working so for work lights they are either in my hand that could be better used working or in my mouth. This handy light sticks very well to any metal surface and is a GREAT work light for small places. The batteries seem to last a long time. I’ve got a couple of these and LOVE them. I even use one in an old truck that does not have a good dome light.

Light is bright and floods a good size area with a bright white light! Not that blue like other leds. Magnet is kinda to small to really be affective. Easy fix. Glue a 65# round magnet to the bottom. Problem solved!

Just picked up a couple of these, and to so far I’m fairly pleased with my purchase. These magnetic swiveling lights are 3” in diameter (2” reflector) with eight (not 48 as listed) surprisingly bright tiny LED’s. The swiveling head range is beyond 180 degrees. The magnet is also is very strong and should adhere to most ferrous surfaces without falling. The three AA batteries are included, but the compartment is not splash proof. I’m a bit spoiled and I’m used to seeing O-rings protecting my heavy duty flashlights battery compartments. The reflector is NOT of the glossy-mirror type most flash lights have but rather of a matte surface design. But I noticed that it does not diminishes the light output significantly since the cluster of LED’s do not bounce directly off the reflector anyway but have a more straight angle of attack. HD claims to have a smaller version of theses lights, which I didn’t see on display and seem to be exhausted online. It would have been nice to grab a couple of those too for those smaller and tighter hard to reach places. Overall, I think they’re a good buy. They work as advertised and are backed by a lifetime warranty.

This is such a handy magnetic light! I have used it on my Lathe and Milling machine as well as other places.The only thing I think should be improved is the back screw on cap that houses the batteries is not very easyto remove
