This level is very useful with a digital readout, angles in degrees, and a straight line flip out laser that you can see 30′ away.

Be aware that the pictures that show the laser in operation are completely fabricated (this borders on false advertising and is extremely deceptive). The beam is extremely dim. Completely useless outside or in a brightly (or even normally) lit room. The accuracy is also not equal to other digital levels of the same cost and this level CAN NOT be manually calibrated so you are stuck with what you get from the factory. I placed this on a sturdy completely flat surface and it read 0.5 degrees. I turned it over to check accuracy and upside down it read 0.3 degrees. If you are doing rough carpentry work or hanging pictures, this is probably close enough and about equal to the accuracy of a bubble. However, I need these to verify ADA slopes and finished grades. I will be returning this level.

The flip out laser is great for hanging shelving in the basement and I like the 45 degree beep option. Also love that can level things to a tenth of a degree to be exact. Great for us picky people in the world.
