The Hexpact case is the Darth Vader of MAC ok protectors. It’s not pretty and light weight, but it was the only one I saw that protects against bumps, not just scratches. This case does have re-enforced corners to protect against bumps and a grid system of cutouts for cooling. If you just leave your 13″ MacBook on the desk, get a pretty one for scratches. If you carry it with you or are clumsy like me, get this heavy duty case to protect your investment.

I have a MacBook Pro 13.3″ with an M1 processor and this protector does not fit, a corner broke as it does not fit, it has been my worst purchase
