Our tree is 9’ tall and weighs 63 lbs. I decorated with lightweight glass ornaments so I believe I’m just under the 100 lb limit. The rotating stand is working perfectly so far. We do limit the rotation to a couple of hours at a time. The rotation doesn’t start out smoothly but evens out quickly.

It works great, but after a few weeks, it made a periodic low groaning sound when revolving. Not so loud that it’s unbearable, but if you’re close to it, you will hear it.

I bought this in 2019. It worked perfectly. We loved this stand and wondered why we waited so long before finally getting one. Brought it up this past holiday and about midway through December it stopped rotating. The motor was running, the lights still worked but that’s it. I’m so sad that it only lasted one full Christmas holiday. Now I have a $40.00 stationary stand. Wish I got my moneys worth out it before it died.
