Description
This 60″ x 100′ roll of Duo Matte 80 Paper from Inkpress Media features double-sided matte paper with a basis weight of 215 gsm. The paper also has a thickness of 12 mil and a brightness of 95%. The paper is acid and lignin free for longevity as well as water and light resistant. Additionally, it is instant drying for immediate handling.

I used this product for printing photos for class. Its a good thick paper that’s double sided, which is convenient for when you don’t know which way the paper goes for specific printers. However there is a warm tint to the paper which I didn’t expect and doesn’t really go well with my photography. Thats the only problem I have with it. Additionally Inkpress makes it extremely easy to get the ICC Profiles for all of their papers, which is very convenient.

The paper is high quality, and my file printed beautifully. But the paper was not 17×22! It was 17×21.75! My file wasn’t printing centered and I had no idea why, and after hours of frustration I finally figured it out. This paper is double-sided. It’s obvious I’ll be printing on it double-sided. This shouldn’t happen.

I purchased this for headshots so I can print my resume on the same paper rather than having to attach it with staples or tape. It prints excellently and serves the purpose and I prefer it to glossy as it doesn’t get affected by light conditions. Also, there was no ink smudging right after printing and for the past few weeks I haven’t had a single issue. Using the matte paper and my HP 9800 Wide Format printer, my digital layouts are stunning !! The quality of the paper is terrific, it dries quickly and has stood up to my scrutiny as a perfectionist. I use this to make larger than standard art and photo prints. Colors are great on it and feeds perfect. The longer length using sheet fed mode is great for landscapes. Will investigate their other papers now. Did I say pigment inks look great on it!!! So far no negatives to report.

This is great for any use that needs two-sided printing, such as calendars, portfolios, greeting cards, etc. The print quality is excellent, better than Epson Premium Presentation Paper MATTE Double-Sided, in my opinion. Only issue I have is my Epson Photo Stylus R3000 didn’t like to feed from the vertical paper feed. Had to use the front feed, which is a little bit slower. Still, I highly recommend this paper.

I use this paper for printing graphics/text for events (menus, table signs, place cards, etc…). It’s a great price, and nicely thick/sturdy paper; however the actual print quality is not as good as some more expensive matte papers I’ve used. Colors could be more vibrant, and especially in areas where a lot of solid color ink is laid down, you get that kind of mottled surface texture. All in all, though, for printing graphics & text (without large areas of solid color) it’s a good paper.
