This 20-sheet pack of 11 x 14″ Luster Paper from Inkpress Media features resin-coated microporous paper with a luster surface finish. This paper has a basis weight of 240 gsm and a thickness of 10.4 mil as well as a 95% brightness. Additionally, the paper is water and light resistant for durability and instant drying for immediate handling.

Using this paper with the Canon Pixma Pro MarkII- getting terrific results. Brilliant and accurate color that jumps off the paper. First time use on both printer and paper and without calibration. Dumb luck or great products. My opinion: GREAT PRODUCTS Very happy with retailer as well.

Of course, ordering 20 sheets of paper and 1 cartridge of ink doesn’t add up to a big deal BUT They were, in fact, lifesavers for a special printing for a client in Europe. I USE THIS PRODUCT TO PRINT SNAPSHOTS TO GIVE TO OTHERS. EVERYONE LIKES THE LUSTER FINISH & IT IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO PREMIUM PAPERS. IT’S ALSO EXCELLENT FOR PRINTING PICTURES THAT ARE GOING INTO A PHOTO ALBUM.

Particularly for the price point, this paper is as good as any other luster paper. Theory has it that almost all luster papers come from the same Mitsubishi plant and are just rebranded, sometimes with a much higher price point.

This is a good luster paper. I enter photo competitions and I find it almost as good as the Epson Luster papers. I would not recommend the Inkpress color profiles since they tend to make the colors appear muted. When I used the Epson luster profile for my 3880, the prints appear vibrant.

This recurs from time to time: little digs, like small slashes are present on the surfaces sometimes. No ink will lay down as it is an actual slit on the surface. This is VERY annoying. You won’t notice it on a busy, colorful area, but on a dark background it stands out. You can sometimes save the print with a dab of a fine Sharpie.
