This 50-sheet pack of 11 x 14″ Luster Paper from Inkpress Media features resin-coated microporous paper with a luster surface finish. This paper has a basis weight of 240 gsm and a thickness of 10.4 mil as well as a 95% brightness. Additionally, the paper is water and light resistant for durability and instant drying for immediate handling.

I’ve used this paper for a couple of years with an Epson 1400. Seems to have a wide dynamic range, accepts the dye-based inks from this printer nicely, renders color well. The finish is nice, not great-great, but pleasing. I recommend it and hope Inkpress keeps making it.

The color reproduction on this paper is fantastic. Theluster has a slightly different grain and feel than what i’mused to (from the print shops i used to go to for my prints) butis still great. Really some very good paper and i wouldhighly recommend it. Problems Encountered: The only issue is that you can’t compare this paper toanything else of this caliber. It is significantly betterthan most other 4×6 paper, but then, Epson for example,doesn’t make an ultra premium luster version of its 4x6paper so like i said, it’s hard to compare its quality toother similar quality paper. I just took a print identicalto what the store did for me and found that this paper’scolor rendition was better. Previous Equivalent Items Owned: Kodak 4×6 glossy

I’m NOT looking for super quality prints to hand in the Museum so I’m ok with this type of quality but don’t think me wrong, I use this for my wedding clients and print out super nice for the price. Prints came out great with using Epson 3880. Haven’t test it out for how long it will last, I’ll write some review after one or two year later.

I’ve used Inkpress Paper many times in the past, and find it to be as good or better than most paper. Although I truly love Ilford paper, Inkpress is my second choice. The product Inkpress produces is an excellent product at a great price.

Luster has always been my favorite photo finish and this paper meets my expectations. It is an excellent value and just as nice as any other paper. Dries fast, good colors, nice tones and contrast. It is very nice that the Inkpress paper profiles are identical to Canon paper profiles so it works great on my Pixma 9000ii.

I compared this paper side by side with Epson Luster and profiled both. The profiles came out identical for all practical purposes. In hindsight, I didn’t need to profile it because it’s such a close clone, prints on this paper with the Epson Luster profiles are visually indistinguishable. This make it a great value – a high quality clone of Epson Luster and less expensive in all its forms (sheets & rolls).
