This 100-sheet pack of 11 x 17″ Luster Paper from Inkpress Media features resin-coated microporous paper with a luster surface finish. This paper has a basis weight of 240 gsm and a thickness of 10.4 mil as well as a 95% brightness. Additionally, the paper is water and light resistant for durability and instant drying for immediate handling.

Particularly for the price point, this paper is as good as any other luster paper. Theory has it that almost all luster papers come from the same Mitsubishi plant and are just rebranded, sometimes with a much higher price point.

I purchased a box of 11×14 Inkpress Luster Paper for the sole purpose of making cheap work prints. Good thing I hadn’t intended to make final prints with this paper because, although it meets my most basic needs, the overall quality of color is sub-par. A good print should have deep, rich blacks if that’s what you’re going for, of course, but this Inkpress paper refuses to give anything more than a dull, flat, dark grey. Fortunately, I only bought a pack of 50 sheets because I’m not sure I would even be able to force myself to use 100 before breaking down and buying something better. However, it was pretty darn cheap AND was available in 11×14. Which, believe it or not, is not the easiest size to find nowadays.

Very nice photo printing paper for inkjet printers. Like the Epson 1400 and R300. Overall outstanding colors and black or white are sharp too! It brings out the detail and sharpness in the photo too!

Tried all sizes of the Inkpress paper. Luster looks the best and works great. Good value too! Beats other name brand papers hands down. Try thier canvas for a really cool effect. Used it with Canon i900 and now canon pro 9000 MkII. Used it for 10 years now, and won’t change as long as I get the quality I’m getting.

First off, I prefer luster paper but most people like the look of glossy. I like the finish and color of the photos and especially B & W shots. To me it’s a cross between Glossy & Matte paper which gives you the best of both worlds.

Super great price on this Inkpress paper from B&H Photo. Always used Epson papers in all of my Epson printers, but heard about this and started using it. Beautiful colors and texture in the Luster paper. Works well straight out of the box, but I downloaded the ICC from their website for even better results. I started using the sized 8 x 10 and 11 x 14 for all of my clients prints now. Better profits, same quality prints.

I had been using Canon paper and was looking for something a bit heavier and brighter. Inkpress Luster fit the bill. Its color absorption, bright white background provide a wonderful medium for my landscape photography. I would highly recommend for those looking for a ‘bit of an edge’ in their printing.
