This 50-sheet pack of 8 x 10″ Luster Paper from Inkpress Media features resin-coated microporous paper with a luster surface finish. This paper has a basis weight of 240 gsm and a thickness of 10.4 mil as well as a 95% brightness. Additionally, the paper is water and light resistant for durability and instant drying for immediate handling.

I bought this paper to use for inexpensive proofs for prints that will end up on Epson Exhibition Fiber. As 100 sheet boxes are comparatively inexpensive, it’s more than adequate for this purpose. However, the paper clearly has a lower reflectivity than others (such as the Epson Glossy), nor is the base as white; it has a very slight yellow tinge, visible only in direct comparison. It’s also a bit prone to crimping if it’s not handled carefully. That being said, it does print well on my Epson R3000 with no obvious bleed. I’m glad this product exists. It has its place in the photographic ecology, but it’s not a superior product.

This paper produces beautiful prints. The paper is easy to use and works well in my HP photosmart printer. The size, which is difficult and expensive to find elsewhere, works well for my purposes and is economically priced. So far I have only used the paper to make color prints, but it would probably work for B&W as well.

I print for customers after every shoot. Its a solid paper. i wish it came in 8 x 10 size in the 50 and 250 pack. I have to create a separate 8.5 x 11 in the PRINT setup for the Epson 2200 print menu for this size paper. –the plastic sheath that the paper is in inside the box sometimes sticks to the paper when i take it out so a better non-attracting material would be better.

I am primarily a nature photographer and use the paper for printing my work. The paper produces vivid colors and great detail. I am printing on an Epson Stylus Pro 3880. So far I haven’t found any negatives about using the paper.

I have been using Epson Luster Paper for several years and needed something I could print 16×24’s on. This did the trick. Colors looked great. The profile was not available on the inkpress website. They were working on updates. I emailed them about it and within an hour they emailed the profile directly to me. Great service there too!

I really love this paper. 11 x 14 standard for easy framing. Been using this paper in my Epson R1800 for over three years now and was impressed. Recently made some prints both color and black and white with my new Canon Pro 1 and was totally floored. The slight glaze over of gloss optimizer gave it that extra pop.

Using this paper with the Canon Pixma Pro MarkII- getting terrific results. Brilliant and accurate color that jumps off the paper. First time use on both printer and paper and without calibration. Dumb luck or great products. My opinion: GREAT PRODUCTS Very happy with retailer as well.
