This 50-sheet pack of 5 x 7″ Duo Matte 80 Paper from Inkpress Media features double-sided matte paper with a basis weight of 215 gsm. The paper also has a thickness of 12 mil and a brightness of 95%. The paper is acid and lignin free for longevity as well as water and light resistant. Additionally, it is instant drying for immediate handling.

I USE THESE TO PRINT 3.5 X 5 INCH GREETING CARDS ON A CANNON PRINTER. THE MATTE FINISH WORKS WELL AND COLORS ARE ACCEPTABLE. MAKES A BEAUTIFUL PHOTO CARD. I PLAN TO BUY MORE, BUT MAY GET A HEAVIER PAPER.

The ink was absorbed right away so I was able to turn the paper over and print on the other side right away which was nice but the image didn’t come out as nice or colorful as on the canon paper that came with my printer. Nice weight paper though.

I’ve used double sided art paper for years. It’s a bit less expensive than other papers and still produces a great result. And I’m able to use the other side during tests to get it just the way I want it without waste. It has a great feel and looks rich. The colors have a deep true color and shows my fine art photographs at their best. There are no cons.

This, and especially the Inkpress warmtone 100% rag, for machine printing .. are as close you are likely to get to Fiber based darkroom paper. Although I’ve still got to use the Baryta papers that are available. Essentially a double weight paper that is clean and well worth the $ for a 50 sheet box.

I am a digital scrapbooker and love my 12×12 albums. After doing some research, I found the InkPress photo paper and ordered it from B&H in 2009. Using the matte paper and my HP 9800 Wide Format printer, my digital layouts are stunning !! The quality of the paper is terrific, it dries quickly and has stood up to my scrutiny as a perfectionist. I have since ordered my second box of paper and will continue to order more as needed. … good quality will keep me coming back as a customer.

This is a super affordable paper and really well-made for presentation-ready materials (or, I use it to proof some concepts before printing on a photo rag). I’ll only buy this at B&H because they usually have it in stock– Adorama makes you wait for delivery from their warehouse, and it’s never as convenient.

I ran 90copies of the same print for a brochure – with extreme success from an epsonR1800. Inkpress.com suggested using the printer profile for it’s ultra premium matte paper but this paper performed admirably at 600dpi regular matte. My printer could only take the paper one sheet at time or it would get confused (its a consumer model, don’t know if its the case for more advanced printers). I did perform test strips using different print rendering intentions that I compared against using a color control system. The most accurate was epson’s standard without black point compensation. This paper is as accurate as epson’s single sided matte at 1/3 of the price.
