Compared to a cheaper KVM I was using before this is a big step up in functionality. I was having issues with my keyboard getting confused and not working when switching. This KVM avoids that issue. I appreciate that it has a USB 3 hub. I like that the switch can be triggered from the keyboard. I only wish that the case was smaller for the two port version.

I was looking for a KVM switch that supported dual 4K@60 monitors and found this. Works great, and with the keyboard shortcuts, I can keep the switch under the desk, out of sight. For my setup, I have my work MacBook Pro and my personal Windows laptop connected to their own docks, and each dock connects to this KVM switch. I then have the monitors, keyboard/mouse, and webcam connected to this switch. With three keystrokes, my whole setup switches between the two laptops, which is just what I wanted.
