I love the look and setup of this dock. It’s small and clean setup and looks good on the desktop. The only drawback is that the VGA port, cannot be used in conjunction with any other video port on the dock. So if you want to have two monitors, they have to use the DP and HDMI ports. Other than that this is a great dock!

I’m using this on a Surface Pro 7 so user can have a large monitor (Display Port) and external mouse/keyboard. Works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Most of the high-functional docks are meant for MacBook Airs or Pros. This dock works well for an older MacBook 12 and allows it to extend high-quality display to an external monitor that takes DisplayPort. I have not been able to find any other dock that serves a MacBook 12 that also has a DisplayPort. Having 3 USB Type-A ports is also a big plus.

I’ve been using this docking station for a couple weeks now and it works great. I also love the fact that it is wide and my labtop if meant to sit on top of it to help the airflow underneath it to help keep it cool.

It has a nice solid feel to it, the ports all work great. Good buy if you have the usb c only Macbook Pro and also have a shell on it.
