Imaging you can get clean drinking water and crystal clear odd-free ice cubes right from your refrigerator. This ISPRING ice maker kit connects refrigerator to your existing water filter such as a reverse osmosis system. It will replace the small, ineffective and expensive refrigerator filters. This kit includes everything you will need to quickly and easily connect your refrigerator and water filter system. It comes with 20 ft. of polyethylene tubing, a quick-connect splitter, a quick shut off valve, and an inline quick fitting. For better compatibility and your convenience, it also includes a brass compression fitting kit that can be easily screwed on refrigerator’s water inlet, where the refrigerator feed water line mounts. It fits any water filter systems that use 1/4 in. tubing (contact us for adapter if it is in different size such as 3/8 in.).
- Fitting size: 1/4 in.; tubing length: 20 ft.; water pressure: 15 psi to 45 psi
- In the box: 20 ft. tubing, 1 tee, 1 shut off valve, 1 inline fitting and brass compression fitting kit (nut, insert and collar)

The main reason I choose ISPRING over other brands is their replacement filters cost the least. Since I knew I’d be in charge of filling the gallon jugs and containers for coffee, tea, cooking, etc. I choose this specific model because of the high flow rate to save time. I timed it and the time it takes to fill an empty 1 gallon milk jug is 1 minute, 30 seconds. Before installing this RO System my water was testing at 796PPM and after installation I tested the water from the fridge and ISPRING spout and I get a consistent reading of 81PPM from both. The ice cubes don’t smell anymore and actually taste good. I did have a Plumber install it and it took him about 2-hours and cost more than the RO system did, but worth it for us. The water now tastes similar to bottled water. The wife loves not having to buy and lug bottled water every week. Bottled water doesn’t cost that much but adds up over time so it does save a little money every week. Wish I’d done this much sooner. Though I would like to see a light or sound to indicate when the filters need changing I am very happy with this purchase.
