I installed the iSpring RO system model RCC7P about a year and a half ago (May 2018) and have been exceptionally pleased. Install was a breeze and placed the tank under the sink with filter/pump assy below on an empty spot on the basement wall. Water quality is excellent and throughput or pressure is never an issue; we drink about 5 gallons/day. I would definitely recommend this product.I am currently in process of remodeling which is driving a need to move the system. As my old pal Murphy is alive and well and speaks every language, during the demo the nut on drain saddle fell off and has been lost in the block foundation wall. That said, I spoke with Nick at iSpring regarding a replacement and he dispatched one at no charge under warranty. I would gladly have purchased a new part and pleasantly surprised to find it covered by the manufacturer. Nick was very knowledgeable and a great asset to this endeavour. Having been in customer service for over 30 years, it was very refreshing to have an encounter with someone that understands customer service in today’s day in age. Kudos to you Nick and keep up the good work.So far, impressed with the company, it’s people and their products.

Installed this to our fridge and drinking water tap for family of 4. The flow rate is just adequate, but typical of these undersink systems. Takes a little longer to fill a glass but worth the wait IMO. Ice made with RO water is amazingly good, if you’re into ice. I decided on this unit with the boost pump since we have a well and rather low water pressure. It basically comes pre-assembled so all you need to do is run the supply, output, tank, and drain lines, and insert the filters. I wanted this primarily for the fridge so didn’t mount it under the sink. installed it in the mechanical room in the basement which is conveniently located directly beneath the kitchen. Already had a valve down there for the ice maker so I simply connected supply line there and ran the drain line to a nearby floor drain. Tank sits on the floor below it. This required more tubing than came with the kit. Additional/spare parts are included(o-rings, connectors, and spare locking rings). These came in handy and I appreciated having them included since I kept losing those little lock rings.One of the 10″ filter housings leaked initially but stopped after re-seating the o-ring and tightening the housing. Use plenty of silicone grease on the o-rings. Allow a few hours before first use to let the system fill. If you try to test it immediately after startup you will be disappointed with the performance. If your fridge already has has an internal carbon filter you should remove it as it will be redundant and reduces the flow rate.

Works perfectly. Motor is surprisingly quiet can’t really be heard unless you are right by the sink cabinet and you have to be listening for it. Install was fairly easy. I wanted to run an additional line to my fridge but the output pressure was too low and the fridge was leaking.

This would be my first RO system and so far, so good. I’ve had the system for about 3-4 months now and everything seems to be in good working order. My family really enjoys this water over the filtered water from the fridge. They think the water from the RO system tastes better, even though both are filtered. Price was reasonable and the installation was quite simple. I suggest watching the installation video found on YouTube. Planning to purchase a 2nd unit for the basement!

Happy to give a good review on this RO drinking water system. Bought from Home Depot in Canada the unit arrived on schedule. Prior to receiving the unit I had a couple of technical questions, so I contacted ISpring direct and received a prompt reply from the Customer Service team. Nick was responsible for most if not all of the communications. The answers were direct and specific to the questions. A slight shipping error occurred and once again Nick and his team quickly and expeditiously corrected the problem. The manual on the unit and installation instructions were easy to follow. Having the quick connect tubing made the installation simple and effective. It seems to work well. I was replacing a RO system from another vendor and so I was able to use the existing connections which made for a very fast install maybe 30 minutes total. I am on a well so I got the model with a pump. The pump is very quiet – cannot hear it running – you have to put your hand on it to fell the vibration to know it is running. This is a great improvement on my old system that had a noisy pump. Over all I would have given it a 5 stars but I found the first few tanks of water had a funny taste to it, even thought I dumped the first 2 fill ups first before tasting. It seems better now but not sure what that was. Maybe something for the company to investigate.
